The owner called 12 hours before pick up and tried to cancel on me because he didn't want to be there at 8 am. I told him I could come in at 10 and he still wanted to cancel. I ended up leaving work to go rent it from him the night before. He was rude. The windshield was crusted with dirt and there was trash and a bottle of allergy pills in the cab, very unprofessional. Also there was less than a quarter tank of gas.

SALLY HVehicle was dirty, guy worked out of his house and was unaware of the location of the key, I reserved 12 furniture pads which I only got 4 because he kept them outside and they were soaked. I don't recommend this location. Also, I reserved a Truck at a different location that was much closer to my house. That location had the exact same sized truck I received from this location.
