The customer service was great! The rep gave his professional experience and advise and guided me to which trailer I needed. He attached and unhooked the trailer as well. Great experience with this U -Haul. Thank you, David
DAVID RThe two gentlemen that were at the location in the morning.were very nice and helpful. The location was clean and seemed to be well organized. That said, the U-Haul itself was filthy. The windshield was covered in bugs along with the upper deck that covers the driver's area. The inside had not been vacuumed out in what appeared to be quite a while, considering there was cigarette ash everywhere and food crumbs. I don't expect a U-Haul to be immaculate by any means, considering it is used for moving purposes, but, I felt that could have been much better. The truck seemed to have some timing issues or maybe, transmission problems and I felt like I needed to apply a lot of pressure to come to a stop. Needless to say, this did not make for a relaxed 10 Hour drive. I have rented several trucks from U-Haul throughout the years and this was most likely my worst experience.
