I didn’t notice the starting mileage on the truck or on the receipt, I noticed it when I turn the ignition on. I just wanted to know how many miles I use. The two gentleman in the office are professional, and answer all the questions we ask them. I definitely use them again and recommend their business to others.

DENISSE HIt was quick and they were friendly. At first, I went to the BP on Land O Lakes Boulevard in Land O Lakes. I had a problem. The guy wouldn’t come outside and help and he said he could care less about U-Haul. He doesn’t work for them. So you guys found me this new place in lutz they were wonderful, but it put me so far behind. I didn’t get my truck loaded in time to leave. You did refund $50 for my troubles, I appreciate it. You should not let that BP gas station and Land O Lakes rent out u-hauls. They don’t care and they’re gonna give you a bad name. I did report it so it is in your records. I sure hope somebody does something about it. Thank you.
