Also, I dealt with three customer service representatives by telephone to coordinate some changes to my rental reservation, and each service representative was knowledgeable and offered me a prompt solution. Very good overall experience and I would use them again.

I rented an auto transport trailer and it didn't fit after I was reassured several times but a Uhaul customer service and the Uhaul location that it would fit the vehicle I was moving, and it didn't even come close. The rear tires didn't make in on the trailer.
