I had a issue downloading the app but, It took two attempts & finally someone over the phone help me . I guess that the money that was on hold will be recalculated & the correct amount will be taken from my bank card, I will give it a couple of days.

Robert BNothing was ready at pickups location, I had to drive to another location to get a dolly and moving pads etc.
William RFirst time for me at the Candlers Mountain U-Haul. The folks are very nice, and helped me get the right truck. We actually stopped in the day after completing our rental just to say Thank You.
Robert FThe truck cab and bed had not been cleaned and were disgusting. Food and trash and stains were all over. There was pet hair all over the seats. The location was not the original location and when I got there they did not have the pads I had reserved and I had to go to the original location I wanted to pick up the truck in order to get the pads. There also was tax that was not originally disclosed upon ordering so the cost was significantly higher than expected. I believe some sort of compensation should be given for the terrible experience.
