CHAD C.I moved cities and had to return the trailer to the the same town I left. The representative never made it clear to ask me if this was a one way trip,... it cost me extra time and gas going back and forth....and don't try to tell me I should've known, something "that" important should be asked by the rep , because I may not think of it. That's only if Uhaul cares and agrees to want to make the customer experience better. Phone Customer Service was completely oblivious pushing me off to the regional manager of the Macomb Illinois area who never responded so hopefully Uhaul cuts the dead weight!
