How U-Haul Reviews WorkOn the last two occasions, we reserved a certain length, only to get a call or arrive to find out they dont have it. And had me rent the next size up WITHOUT ANY DISCOUNTS. I have to spend over budget because the company has bad customer service. Location for this one was great. Plently of room. For the love of god, you should honor the original price since you were the one that made a mistake in the first place.
Philip Dthere was no personal available on this location for drop off. The lot was open and didn't see any security. so was kind of reserved as to leaving the trailer but went to the check in on the website followed the prompts and dropped the trailer and left.
