I ordered a dozen blankets and did not receive them. The location was closed even though it was verified that I would be picking up the truck on November 15. The runaround from U-Haul took over an hour before I could actually get the truck. That delayed my movers which were being paid by the movers, my time, and shows the lack of professionalism at the very least on U-Haul's behalf. I feel that I deserve a refund for at least an hour of the truck rental because of the delay and a refund on not receiving the blankets which I had ordered. I would never recommend this site to anyone not even my worst enemy!
