Unfortunately, their rental webpage went down and we were unable to pick up the truck until later. Although Olga was kind, we felt like we were a bit of a burden and overwhelming her with trying to get our truck rental pickup, as she was quite busy.

I wouldn't use them as a distributor if I were you. They went out of their way to ensure I had a miserable experience; it was a very offensive and dehumanizing experience as well. I feared for my life after seeing the plaque that read "We Don't Call 911," with a replica handgun underneath it. I had to beg for a receipt after returning the truck; I wasn't issued one before leaving, even though I asked. I thought I could be killed by those representives today.

I was not taken to inspect the truck after returning it. They told me i was done an could leave. And that they would inspect it later. I was then charged 91 dollars for gas and service fee. Since they didn't want to inspect it with me there they could have drove it with the gas I had purchased before the return an then charged me for gas they used!! This place has horrible service. When confronting about this issue they were not helpful an told me they would do nothing for me. I was not even given a number to take the complaint to the next level.

Too small no place to return trailers. Did not know how to work computer program. She did try and the district manager was coming to take care of my paperwork.

My pick-up location was not the location I requested in fact pick-up location was 20-25 miles away. Which meant I had to make transportation arrangements to get myself to that location. There were alternate locations closer in Fresno. The area manager called before my pick-up date and gave some phony story about how logistically they could not get a 20 foot truck to my requested location. When I arrived at the location U-haul set up I realized that the truck had Arizona plates and that I was being inconvenienced in order for U-Haul to get the truck back to Arizona. The two people manning the mini storage location did not seem to know what they were doing. The truck had a tank filled only to 3/8 so the first thing I had to do was fill the truck with gas instead of loading the truck. Also when I checked in, I mentioned I had ordered an appliance dolly. The woman behind the counter said "We don't have any of those." So, between not getting the location I requested, the area manager lying to me, the truck not being filled up, and not having the appliance dolly I requested, I was inconvenienced three times before I had the truck for 15 minutes. It was not a good experience and I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone. In fact I will be telling people to chose someone else.

First,If you really read these I had Madera Ranchos Secure Storage Reservation for Saturday I call them Saturday morning to get my storages the lady on the phone said call back in hour I did she never answers. so I had to go somewhere else cost me a day rental. If you could call me or e mail that you do care about your customer.

Personnel efficient and personable but cab very smokey and ashes coating the ashtray made very bad odor.Wouldn't have been so bad but no electric windows. Appreciated they made sure we had good air conditioner on outrageously high temp day!!

This is a storage unit location so gate is kept locked and you have to wait or try to get their attention to even get in. You had better be able to hook up and have proper lighting on your own because they do nothig for you, just point to the equipment and say there it is. They had problems with their computer/printer and gave you a 5 page document with instructions rather than give personal assistance.

Hire people who know how to use the system. I was there for an hour because she did not know how to use the computer. I sat there and walked her through what buttons to hit. Since It took so long I was an hour late getting started. I hired movers and the delay made me lose the fist hour. This is not a very good location.

This was the most inept and utterly ridiculous uhaul location ever. they didn't provide us with ANY tow dolly instructions we were told we had to purchase insurance in case we hooked it up wrong but they wouldnt tell us how to. They wouldn't take the cc i reserved it with and it took them over an hour to cancel out my original reservation (not sure why they did that) and open a new one most disgusting experience of my LIFE.

First of all have someone that works there know what he's doing so it doesn't take an hour and a half to get going, after you call yr husband to come help. Then when you go drop it off have someone there that can help you lift the trail or off. Had a terrible experience with uhaul and will never rent from then again!

Make sure the representative does her customer service. she did not go over the conditions and expectations of the truck like previous representatives have in the past. There was an issue with the gas amount, Even though I brought the truck back with the same amount of gas that received it with which is a little above 1/4 of a tank. When i brought the truck back, i was told that it needed to be at the 3/4 of tank mark. When I told the representative that i was unaware of the 3/4 of tank rule because she did not explain any of the guidelines, she said she didn't need to explain anything,That I should have known better and told her before I left with the truck, that it was below 3/4 of a tank. then she continued to charge me the price to fill the tank up to 3/4 of a tank, and the service fee.I was not happy about that and would like a refund of at least the the service charge. If wasn't for my previous experiences with U-haul, this experience would convince to never use U-haul again.

my quipment was rusty and did not work when I picked it up the first time. it did not work for the second time they kept telling me it was my truck and when she's fix the car holler the third time it worked but end up getting it at 330 which delayed my trip, it was terrible but the lady that works at do u haul was very nice
