I purchased a fridge. I did not want this nice new fridge to be layed down at all because that is whats best to not mess anything up. I rented a 10 foot truck just to move a fridge and when we arrived there, the fridge could not fit standing up, even though I checked that the dimensions were correct and it was under the maximum height. Upon further investigation the inside specs are listed differently in two different places on uhauls website, yet my fridge was still supposed to clear it and stand upright. I wasted my money and I am not happy at all.

The only thing that was wrong with the truck was there was the inside of the windshield was very dirty and covered with what looked like saliva from somebody coughing. Other than that, it was great.
ANTHONY DHad an issue returning the truck due to the pick up location providing me a truck with less gas than what the contract stated. Tried calling the drop off location several times with no answer.

Kristy KJames was more interested in getting out to go to the Yankee game that evening. He did not do a walk around the vehicle with me to note any existing damage or the vehicles overall condition. Upon returning the vehicle, he claimed there were issues. Ie. Vehicle was dirty and the bumpers were damaged. I told him that I gad taken pictures prior to signing the paperwork. He wanted me to pay for the damages and I refused. Tried to show him the pictures but he didn't want to see them. "I guess I'll have take you on your word" is what he said to me. Very unprofessional.
