I found them to be very disorganized and not very helpful when I went to pick up the truck. I anticipated maybe a few minutes to do paperwork so I got there 15 minutes early. I had already done everything ahead of time and had to redo it when I got there so I was behind on schedule with the movers. it took me 30 minutes to complete the paperwork. Also, emails were sent after the scheduled time to pick up the truck so I didn’t get it till the next day The charge was 125 and it ended up being $190 when they added in all the extra charges.

Robert SBelle (store employee) was very professional and extremely courteous. She was very helpful with the rental process and made sure the trailer was hooked up properly and that all of the lights were in working order.
