I thought your advertising was extremely deceptive. We were told it would be 20 dollars to rent and I got a bill for 60. That is completely unacceptable. We are a non-profit that needed to transport gift baskets to our fundraiser and only needed it briefly. We used your services because we were led to believe it was reasonably priced. In the end, it was not!
Dawn RI didn’t rent a U-Haul and when I called today if was fraud I got call main office then I got someone with less mentality than a rock so I am not impressed with U-Haul to say the least so good luck getting paid the card has been cancelled for a long time
