Jodie PGreat experience on the truck side. On the move help, not so much. Uhaul uses Citimovers as a contracted move assist company. I put in a order for 2 movers to help unload my truck, and they cancelled at the last minute. Online reviews (not on Uhaul) shows that Citimovers will put pressure on you to increase headcount, and will cancel if you question them on it. So, Uhaul thumbs up, Citimovers thumbs down. For Uhaul, contracting with a company that treats customers poorly reflects poorly upon Uhaul.
