I have rented U-Haul on several locations. However the gentleman at U-Haul Neighbor dealer at 14215 U.S. 290 E in Manor TX was simply fantastic. He took the time to explain every single detail which I knew but had to learn by myself because the other dealers at the other locations I used in the past never explained. He was professional and so helpful! Thank you and I hope he gets the credit he deserves for outstanding customer service!
