I will never rent from this location again. I arrived at 4:30 to pick up the trailer. My family member was running behind as he was bringing the hitch and was stuck behind an accident. I was informed they would not check me out if he didn’t arrive before 5. I waited until 4:57 and my family member informed me he wouldn’t be there until 5:05. Because the location would not wait, I had to purchase a hitch for $57 in order to rent the trailer. I dropped off Sunday and the employees were there. They couldn’t wait 5 minutes after hours on Friday to help, but they could be there on a Sunday. I get I was in the wrong, but a little human decency and understanding goes a long way.

Nothing it was in out no problems
Leslie PRunning lights were not working, of course we found out after 8PM, still had an hour and half to get back to the rental location.
