Was quoted one rental fee and charged another. Told there was a hold back on my credit card for the rental and the difference would be refunded upon the return of the truck. I was told this verbally 3 times. It ended costing me more than $100 extra. I would never rent a truck for nearly $300 to deliver a bed. Furthermore I was to be contacted by the regional matter concerning this, but have yet to be contacted. I will no longer recommend Uhaul and will be posting my experience publicly on social media.

DORI OTruck was clean and ran great! I will mention I’m glad it wasn’t summer or hot outside, the air knob didn’t work properly, in order to have it “run” it had to be held down.
Darren BI rented a 15-ft truck. The mirrors on both sides and the windshield were extremely dirty. The interior was clean enough. I was surprised that Wilderness Chevron did not clean the mirrors and windshield at the very least. By not doing so, it reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand and there's a potential unsafe point for your customers.
