ALICIA KThe man I had to deal with was sarcastic and rude. I wouldn't recommend that Napa auto parts to my worst enemy. I also went about 40 miles and they said I went 57. They are a cheat and I will tell everyone I know never to use this uhaul location.
Valerie CWe tested brakes and turnsignal lighting after hooking up, but did not check running lights, which worked perfectly before hookup. I didn't realize there was a problem untill later that evening, so I had to wait and leave the following morning. After used and returned the trailer, my van still does not have running lights; I can't figure out why. I told the drop off location this and not to rent it untill fixed, and also told them that if I couldn't find the problem I would tell uhaul that they need to repair my van's lighting. I'm curious to see if I am contacted by uhaul based on this report to see if you guys actually read these comments!
