Problems do happen. I use this location quite a lot and they are wonderful. On this occassion the transmission went. Usually everything is perfect, wonderful staff, good attention.
E Cthere is a problem with the ramp
E CThe location for drop off was closed and when I called customer service the first person gave me incorrect information. Never told me there’s a self checkout app and suggested I drive 30 miles to an alternate location which also turned out to be closed. The second person told me about the app but was very obnoxious rude and impatient. U haul needs to revamp their customer service.
