It was %100 self service. It took longer to get the truck than it should have.
Rob CWhen checking the trailer in the person didn't even know what to do. He did not even check it in. I received a call asking if I was going to turn the trailer in even though I turned it in 48 hours earlier. Not a good representative of U Haul.

JONATHAN AMy problem is that I got an email the day of that my pickup location got moved which added a more mileage there and back. Luckily I caught it but on moving day, things were very hectic at the time. It also pushed my moving time with the people I hired so they had to leave and the move wasn’t complete. Then I was charged for gas when I brought it back with more than when I got it. Horrible experience from uhaul!
