The trailer did not have sidewall tie downs. It did not have the ones shown in the picture on the rear door so it was impossible to fully secure the load. The rear door was sticky and difficult to operate. The lights on the drivers side worked only part of the time.

It was very easy getting the uhaul from this location. The people were very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend renting from this location.

GERALD HInternally being down delays us getting the truck on the day reserved, and it has to wait. Also, received run around with reservation location being changed without receiving any notification until one hour before the appointment. Truck engine light was on and slipping when driving. Truck floor was slight dusty on pickup. Was expected for miunatins.
