The vehicle was dirty on the inside. One of the mirrors was broken. The check out process was too long - about 45 minutes, including telephone hold time as the site matron had to call U-haul for assistance.

Check the order more carefully. I reserved a dolly online to help us to move furniture but this was not provided. Thankfully we managed to work around it by carrying the furniture ourselves, though this was inconvenient.

Service the vehicle. Low air in right tire. No washer fluid. Clean the vehicle. Excessive garbage ( 1/2 drank coffees, and fast food wrappers )

Honestly, experinace was average. Location is okay. A little sketchy after dark. Truck was not clean, neither was the back. I don't mind the cardboard on the floor, but the garbage bag was off. Truck smelled bad too. And there was some coffee stained tissue in the cup holder.

After renting from uhaul a few times, this was easily the worst. The truck smelt like animals had lived in there. There drivers side mirror was broken. And no one would help, not the dealer or customer service. Very poor experience. I will not be renting from this location again.

Service was good. No complaints. I would definitely go to this store to rent. The previous store at 280 Elson was not open when I went to pick the car up and waited outside for half an hour before coming to this store.

There were styrofoam blocks in the back of the cargo van. Not sure why these items were in the truck, it made some items in my move dirty. The vendor requested that I return 2 hours earlier than expected (I rented the van for 4 hours). This was pretty stressful on my part. He said the 1 van was double booked and I should not have received it in the first place. Why did this happen? I look forward to hearing from you. Gilbert

Uhaul triple booked the van in the time I had reserved. Spoke with customer service and discovered I was the first to book and had priority. Was promi see d a 50$ credit to my Amex but I was rushed by the vendor to bring the van back at 2 pm even though I only got the van 2 hours after I reserved it. It was not really a pleasant experience.
