When I got to my destination with the car hauling trailer, I realized that one of the tire straps was cut short and would not go around my new car’s tire. I’ve never used one of these trailers before and didn’t think to check that before I left the location and drove 2 hours away. We only had one working tire strap. Thankfully we had an uneventful drive home. I did notify the staff of the problem.

Rented a truck from Alexandria only to find out they didn’t have one and closest was at this location which was 31 miles away. Returned truck and got tagged with damage to truck on upper left cap which we did not do or I would’ve reported. Now I’m out an additional $200. Not happy and will not rent from this location again.
