Do not use this location! Sight is not manned. Ran into a local who said I needed to drive to a country store to talk to them about Uhual. The store people said just hook up to the trailer I rented and go. However, trailer was blocked in by a broken down car. Worst Uhual ever.
Aaron TI specifically selected this site as UHaul's web site stated they were open. When I got there they were not open. This caused a large delay in my obtaining the truck and getting to the site to pick up my furniture.
Kathleen NNo one there, gate was locked, no answer at the phone number. Found a drop box after another worker opened the locked gate. Very hard to tell if we even had the right place. No way to record the return, and there was no internet signal (too weak) to use the on line tool. Tried to call U-Haul 800 number but hold time was 20 minutes. Called later to report the return. Also the safety wire spool on the truck’s door failed. Lousy experience.
DONALD YThere was an automatic gate that luckily someone was coming out and helped me gain access to the yard. The yard was completely muddy and I ruined my shoes. Luckily he showed me where the dropbox was. The Mobile drop off app was stressful to use and I would much have preferred to have a person check me out. I will never rent or return a truck again at a place that is unmanned. The pick up and return felt very stressful!
