I tell you I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received from Laura Park tire and auto during this transaction. I called prior to going over there and they advised me that they would reserve a truck for me and recommended the right truck for the equipment that I had to pick up at industrial supply place.. When I arrive to the business, they rolled out the red carpet for me and made me feel like I was their most important customer ever. The processing was quick and from the time I arrived until the time I left I felt like I received VIP customer service treatment from all the employees that assisted me. When I returned the vehicle again received top customer service and was welcome back and the employees inquired how everything went today and inquired if there was any issues with their equipment. Again, I’m extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received, and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needed to rent a U-Haul.

James BThe gentleman at each location were fine. It’s the customer service over the phone. Having reserved a U-Haul months in advanced and then not having any available trucks in my area. Having to drive 1 and half away to pick up a U-Haul then having to wait due to system being down. Then being called multiple times due to never being checked out when I was driving the U-Haul. So many very inconvenient things.
