JAMES OThe Vehicle was leaking fluids terribly. Transmission and or Oil. It made stains in my driveway. I had it only parked 10 minutes at max. The front driver door would not lock and was very hard to shut. It would snap open while driving and the alarm would go off. I had to stop multiple times to slam it shut again. The staff at the location was fantastic! very great customer service and helpful.
Kimberly HLocation was excellent, professional, friendly. U-Haul needs to have accurate inventory of 3rd party providers. I.e., customers should not have the option to rent an appliance dolly at a location that does not have them available.
