I reserved a trailer online about 3 weeks before I needed it. The pickup location was about 10 minutes from my starting location. I received an email requesting me to contact U-Haul right away. Upon calling the pickup location was moved to a place 30 minutes away from my starting location. When I went to pick it up, the U-Haul center didn't have it. Looking on line they located a trailer that was 1 hr 30 minutes away from my starting location which they reserved. Soon after, I received another email requesting contact to U-Haul right away. I called the number and had to be transferred twice before the proper person was reached. The young lady that I talked to guaranteed that the trailer would be at the third location and she reduced the rental fee for my troubles. When i went to pick it up at Slansky Builders Home Improvements a U-Haul rep came to assist the hookup. The U-Haul rep was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. The trailer did what I needed and return was very easy.

You would be hard pressed to find better customer service and downright friendly people anywhere. The lot is big so even in our 33’ rv we were able to pick up a car dolly.
