Frustrated that I ordered/reserved a utility dolly and was provided with an appliance dolly instead (no utility dolly available). The appliance dolly was much too heavy, had smaller wheels, straps that just got in the way, and was harder to use for what we were moving, mostly boxes. The staff was apologetic but this slowed down our move and ultimately made it more difficult. Please provide items as requested, no surprise substitutions.
