Truck was clean cashiers were friendly and cost was about half of what they predicted. Overall very good experience.

The process was extremely long due to not being informed the transaction was debit/credit only, therefore we had to leave the location, add cash onto our Chime account, and return back to this location in order to complete our transaction. We understand mileage, however we put more gas in then what the UHaul was given to us. Also, we have pictures of how FILTHY the inside of the UHaul was, it ruined multiple of belongings as we didn’t have the necessities to cover our belongings from all the mud and dirt. We respectfully don’t feel $158 was a fair charge in considering as well that we brought the UHual back EXACTLY and CLEANER the way it should’ve been given to us. Not saying I wouldn’t use your services again if desperate, but I would recommend someone hiring a moving service at these rates. Thank you.

Robert ASteering was off.. had to drive with steering to the right... had problems shifting into gear when driving... not only that... the uhaul was 45 to maybe 50 dollars.. but I only get back 23 dollars out of a hundred???
