Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in a company. I rent 1-3 times weekly for the last 15 weeks and it’s a hassle every time and I have lost countless hours sitting on hold to resolve before renting literally every time. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company and no compensation for all my lost time and aggravation. I’m looking to just buy a truck of my own now instead of dealing with this every time!
