I don’t know how things could be improved, trailer worked great and the service was exceptional. Phone was answered, calls returned, follow up with text and email were prompt and accurate, and my change of date at the last minute was accommodated graciously. This office manager was exceptional and makes the business look very good!
GARY LVery expensive for one day rental with bringing the unit back to rented location in less than 24 hours. With using the rental truck to help Kentucky Tornado victims there was no discount or humanitarian care. Will take our Disaster needs to a better competing company.
