Lot to small. It had snowed a couple days earlier but lot nor equipment had been cleared. Trailer to heavy to load the lady working was super nice but shouldn’t be expected to lift trailer onto hitch. Dangerous situation all around. Had a hard time returning trailer no room to turn around. Other rental equipment in the way plus snow hadn’t been touched. Thank goodness I had for wheel drive.
RICKY HI understand when I rented the trailer the system was down, but where my drop off was supposed to be at in Flemingsburg there were no drop off locations available. I had to call which everyone was nice, but it really messed my plans and day up. I had to go out of my way for about a hour and a half. It really put a kink in my day between time and gas it took to basically go back the way I came and drop it then tried to salvage time with no luck. So I’m having to make another moving day tomorrow.

TONY EThe costumer service was beyond amazing but that being said.....the lock on the passenger side was messed up, the bottom dash bored popped off multiple times and had broken pegs in it, their where multiple contracts in the dash exposing private customer data including addresses, the plastic lock for the trolly was busted and we didn't find out till we unloaded the truck, the side mirrors were unadjustable, and the transmission was spotty. Also the check engine light was on for the majority of the trip. The only reason I didn't ask for another is because as bad as shape as it was In I knew the others would probably be in the same shape....I refuse to pay any fines for not filling it up because honestly yall wasted my money from the geco....that being said the lady that worked there was really sweet and one the the best customer service members I've met
