1. Member failed to provide a complete contract upon receipt of the vehicle, due to computer connectivity issues. 2. Requested and rented supplemental items were NOT included; e.g., moving blankets, hand truck, etc. 3. I was later instructed to accomplish contract actions (license photos, etc.) after I had already turned the truck in later that day. Weird and inappropriate. 4. Had I had a completed contract in hand, I likely wouldn't have accepted the truck, as it is patently absurd to pay almost $300 for the use of this bitty truck for 8 hours and 160 miles.

Everything went great, the truck ran great. The only issue with the truck was the steering wheel had a bit too much play. Not bad but more than normal. Driver's seat was the best. Mirrors were out of adjustment for me, just an inch or so, had to lean back and out to see side of truck, I didn't know how to adjust them, but they worked well. Overall, I'm impressed on how well it ran and pulled a couple of the higher mountain passes.
