Excellent staff, very friendly and nice even after my millions of questions. But like the truck, everything before this was crap. I had to drive over an hour to pick up a transport I had reserved for nearly 6 weeks with a truck that was 5 feet longer then the truck I had reserved at the same time 75 miles away.
