I would never rent from this location again. They had issues pulling up our reservation and the one employee working there did not know what to do but to call her manager. I had to call Uhual myself. They claimed it was a “wifii†issue. We were on a tight schedule.They delayed us for 45 minutes..

KAREN P.I would never recommend this location to anyone for a Uhaul. We were told that someone was found sleeping in the truck. We thought it would be OK to ride since the floor was wet - thinking it had at least been quickly cleaned and sprayed out but no... it was pee from whomever slept in the truck. It was filthy and nasty.. And it had not been cleaned prior to our pickup. It was the only truck they had - apparently and it was time for us to move the items we needed to leave due to time restraints. We gagged and sprayed the truck the entire ride. We returned late and still were charged 80'something dollars. Not even offered anything for such a 'pissy' experience. I advised them upon arrival that it was THE MOST DEGRADING experience I'd ever had renting a U-haul and I've rented a few in my day. Never again... never this location. ever. Piss poor service. Piss poor experience. No effort to reconcile it... Nothing. Just horrible.
