Took twentyfour hours and four phone calls to checkin the equipment. Took keys and told me they would email me receipt. Very sketchy. It seems uhaul puts more on the customer for rental and drop-off procedures than staff. I think I will try penske next time

This location for drop off is not where we picked. We had to drive a 1/2 hour to drop off from where we were located, when there were u-haul locations closer. Also, we dropped off at around 9:00 am and our receipt says it was not check in until after 12:00 pm
