elvin L.Not against this location, but uhaul moved my pickup location to des plaines instead of Elk Grove. That caused me to go extra miles and charge me more. If you move a location, you need to add miles!

Saundra W.I have pics of the odometer and gas gauge when I picked up and when I dropped off the van and it was brought back w a bit more gas than needed, and I was charged $13.50 for fuel. Not happy about that.
