The AC did NOT work in the truck. It's 113 degrees on the day I needed to move stuff and NO AC. MISERABLE. This location did not have other vehicles to choose from. Agent had me call U-Haul saying I should get a rate adjustment - did that and you guys did NOTHING. Rent me defective equipment and expect me to pay full price. BS. Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had.jeffrey C.

The person at you dealer has really no help. Would not let me pay cash after. I put my credit card down for the rental. Then when i asked can I pay cash I bring the truck back she said no. "We can't accept cash. None of us can. And uhaul is just a huge pain in my ass anyway." Then when brought the truck back she would not even go out side to check it in. When I gave he the keys I asked her what was the final bill. She said she did not know she would have to go check the miles. Then just looked at us and thank you have a good day. So I ended coming back ask her for the keys back so I can check everything in with my phone like it was after hours. I then dropped the key off in the drop box and left. I came in from Tucson AZ to help my brother move. I was tired and then I had to deal with this horrible customer service from the lady behind the counter. That doesn't even like Uhaul per what she said. I would like some kind of adjustment done on what I was changed. I will gladly pair at one of your competitors for better service. Tried to use the smart device check in which was pointless. They did the background check as we were trying to check in. We had a reservation but couldn't check in until a certain time. We still had to go inside to get the keys just to find out the place wasn't open. The whole point of the smart device check in was to avoid places closed. It causes our moving to be delayed by 2 hours. We winded up just having to use our friends truck to move and it took all dayRonald R.

Although I had a confirmation, the representative could not find us in the system, and it took a long time to check out. In addition, they originally tried to charge us $60 more than what my original contract stated. The representative did not walk through the rental with us. The gas indicated on the contract did not reflect what was in the truck 9on the meter) and no one ever confirmed the mileage out. There was actually less gas than what the contract stated, and we put gas in to make the meter go above the mark it was at. In the end, they charged us for more gas at a higher rate than what we paid. While the truck was fine, I felt we were excessively charged for this rental, and do not recommend this location for future rentals.Nathaniel C.

Just a drop off location and not marked at all that it was a uHaul drop off point. No one was around. Had to complete the drop off using my cell phone. Fortunately I was able to do that, but it took about 15 minutes, when drop off should have only taken a few minutes. What if someone didn't have access to the internet to complete the dropoff?Brett M.
