The air pressure in the tires was only 20 lbs and all moving parts were not lubricated on the two wheel car carrier.

You called me at work, I work in a hospital. I explained in a text that I'm sorry I didn't have time to go through what was wrong at the time of the call, can you call me back. Got a call back late at night. I work 12 hour shifts. The only reason I was confused was because I had a receipt for 124.89 and then you were saying you tried charging 172. All I needed was an explanation and never received one.

When I went to pick up my trailer there was no one there to do it. The lady working the store printed out the directions. I tried for about one hour and I called the U-Haul in Dalton pa. I have used them before. He tried to help me over phone but decided to come out and help me. I did not get his name but he was great. Like I said I did use that location before in Dalton and I would definitely use it again. I waited for him to come, he got my trailer hooked up and I couldn't thank him enough. Many thanks to the U-Haul in Dalton pa!!!
