The receptionist was very courteous. However, the vehicle was not well maintained Everything was handled in a very professional manner,
Yvette B.The original estimate for the truck did not seem to take into account driving FROM the pickup to my first moving destination. This resulted in a rather hefty surprise fee at the end of my journey. If a truck is ojly available 20 miles away from where I need to get my things to move, the distance from there to my first stop should be built into the quote instead of charged to me after the fact at a higher rate. I did not appreciate that.
