Terrible location and personnel shows up 2 hours late. No help. Had to call Uhaul for over an hour on the phone: the only good thing is the Uhaul customer service on the phone is excellent thank you Yvette Butler.
FRANGEL Pthe service agent was very polite and helpful; he made the rental to go very smooth not like other bigger offices where they are unpolite to customers.
