i reserved a truck from a location that said it was open on saturday but when i arrived it was closed. i went to another location and it closed at 1 p.m.. thet would lock my car in their lot and i woulkd have to return it on sunday. so i went to a third location and it worked out ok. i lost time and paid more in mileage charges because the location was farther away

They didn’t have the truck ready in the location I requested. The new location they sent me to over charged me due to the distance and added an insurance that I did not asked for.
