The van had a bad odor.
Michelle RThe service I received was above and beyond! Monica made me feel like family when I went to rent my vehicle from her. As a matter of fact, the main reason why I rented from her is because earlier in the month, she had no vehicle available and was able to locate for me a van from another Uhaul location. Her courteous manner and determination to help me is what made me go back to her and give her my business.
yamil rThe person who took care of my reservation forgot to close out my contract, and I was charged more than twice the amount I was supposed to pay. She was defensive and not the most helpful. I returned the van approximately 6 hours after renting it, yet due to her mistake it showed as if I had it over a week.
