There was a long delay in truck delivery. The Store didn't know how to use the software and also called U-haul for assistance with my reservation and it wasn't quick at all. I had also made this reservation in time and was never called to tell me which store I had been assigned.

JOHAN FIt’s been three weeks since I used your U-Haul and they’re still trying to take money off my card and they have no reason to do it
James MThe truck I rented smelled like pure wet dogs with hair all over the cab. Which affected my allergies. The window was left open so everything was wet inside. When I arrived at my appointment to pick furniture up and I opened the back of the uhaul was full of trash and items from the previous renter. I had to completely dispose of myself. Then when I called to see if they could at least offer a discount for all my trouble all they could do is have me swap the truck which I could not do to time schedule. This has been the absolute worse experience and I will make sure to not ever refer or use Uhaul ever again!
