I never even set this location as my drop off, but the person who runs this location (again, who was NEVER present on site, and incredibly difficult to contact) continuously said they had difficulty finding my reservation, when I was able to see everything just fine on my end, AND, they claimed that I needed to drop off the U-Haul truck at this location. Once again, I NEVER SET THIS AS MY DROP-OFF LOCATION! No respect for the customers or their time, and clearly does not follow U-Haul's standards or procedures!

El muchacho que me atendio al telefono era muy rude y tajante. Cuando me mando el equipment contract decia un precio y cuando me mandaron el invoice era otro precio. No obstante a eso lo llame y le dije del problema pero no me dejaba hablar me cortaba lo que yo queria decir. Le explique que el camion deven de entregarlo con gasolina y que yo puse 30 dolares en gasolina pq el camion no tenia y su respuesta fue, el cobro lo hace la maquina automaticamente y q el no tiene nada q ver con lo de la gasolina. En pocas palabras una persona que no le importa los demas. So careless e insencible . Nadie quiere ayudar a nadie hoy en dia. Pesimo servicio
Gelenis SPESIMO SERVICIO. Me cambiaron el lugar de recogida un dia antes, cuando fui a retirarlo no habia nadie para darme las llaves del camion que rente, estuve una hora y media para poder llevarmelo y encima me dieron uno mas pequeño que el que rente, por ende tuve que hacer mas viajes para poder cargar todo lo de mi mudanza. El servicio al cliente por telefono muy malo y lento. Me derivaron de una persona a otra. PESIMO SERVICIO Y NO LO RECOMIENDO
