Clean the equipment , inspect the breaks please(the ones on the truck I was driving were very slippery and faulty) , gear shift stick needs to be easier to move, ac unit for the heat was aweful. The prices need to be adjusted for the older models vs the newer models of U-Haul trucks.

The truck had only 5,000 miles and was clean. Other than the washer fluid being empty, this was a great experience.

Samantha EThe truck assigned was blocked in. The password to the lockbox was incorrect. It required a 3 digit code, and the password given was LUCK. Tell me how that makes sense. U-Haul representative inside couldn’t help and didn’t have access to the lockbox and also didn’t have the key. Had to call the local UHaul manager to get a different truck assigned to me that wasn’t blocked in and that they physically had the keys on hand, and was forced to comeback inside to return the key even though I selected mobile pickup. I honestly don’t know how this location runs outside of business hours. Overall 40 minutes sitting in the parking lot.
AUSTIN TThis receipt is incorrect. I filled the truck to beyond the at the Lucky Stop station before I dropped it off. I will be calling to challenge this invoice. I took pictures when I returned the truck at 3:25 pm. And the mileage was 60 miles maximum. There is a crooked issue going on here. I also called on U-Haul to question why the transaction was not completed immediately after I dropped it offs. This is incorrect and I am demanding a correction and returning my grounds from U-Haul
