This receipt is incorrect. I filled the truck to beyond the at the Lucky Stop station before I dropped it off. I will be calling to challenge this invoice. I took pictures when I returned the truck at 3:25 pm. And the mileage was 60 miles maximum. There is a crooked issue going on here. I also called on U-Haul to question why the transaction was not completed immediately after I dropped it offs. This is incorrect and I am demanding a correction and returning my grounds from U-Haul

This is the 7th time I rented a vehicle from Lucky Stop and the experience was good. The Truck had some mileage and age but it worked well and did the job. Easy experience with the electronic paperwork although the access to WIFI at Lucky stop is a bit slow. JP

JOHN PRented the truck and it did not have the ramp attached. It was extremely difficult to load large items. There was also miss communication between the employees, so drop off was way more than what it needed to be. Never again.
Amanda CI was hit with a "missing/damage charge" with no explanation. The windshield of the truck was absolutely disgusting when we picked it up and had no way to clean it while using the truck, the windshield washer fluid did not clean the windshield properly.
