The truck assigned was blocked in. The password to the lockbox was incorrect. It required a 3 digit code, and the password given was LUCK. Tell me how that makes sense. U-Haul representative inside couldn’t help and didn’t have access to the lockbox and also didn’t have the key. Had to call the local UHaul manager to get a different truck assigned to me that wasn’t blocked in and that they physically had the keys on hand, and was forced to comeback inside to return the key even though I selected mobile pickup. I honestly don’t know how this location runs outside of business hours. Overall 40 minutes sitting in the parking lot.

This receipt is incorrect. I filled the truck to beyond the at the Lucky Stop station before I dropped it off. I will be calling to challenge this invoice. I took pictures when I returned the truck at 3:25 pm. And the mileage was 60 miles maximum. There is a crooked issue going on here. I also called on U-Haul to question why the transaction was not completed immediately after I dropped it offs. This is incorrect and I am demanding a correction and returning my grounds from U-Haul
Elias RThis is the 7th time I rented a vehicle from Lucky Stop and the experience was good. The Truck had some mileage and age but it worked well and did the job. Easy experience with the electronic paperwork although the access to WIFI at Lucky stop is a bit slow. JP
JOHN PThe staff is helpful, and friendly, and the equipment is available. Trucks have a bit of milage on them but they serve the purpose well. I have rented 5, one a month, for my step brother's business and would recommend Lucky Stop John P
JOHN PRented the truck and it did not have the ramp attached. It was extremely difficult to load large items. There was also miss communication between the employees, so drop off was way more than what it needed to be. Never again.
