I had to pay a gas fee, even though we only went a total of about 8 miles going down the road and bringing it back all in total. But the last person didn’t fill up all the way and somehow I had to pay a fee. Also, they had left trash opening up the back of the truck. It was pretty decent though. Drove well even for the snow!

1. The clerk just said the pos doesnt work and we need to download the app and workit ourselves. Being on a time crunch this was stressful. She also added that she had to send away a customer earlier bc they didnt have the app. 2. Coming to the app. Fire all your devs and replace them with GPT because what the fuck. Photos don't upload, the same thing needs to be uploaded 9 times to be recognized. You can't skip things and just drive the damn truck 3. The truck, its a rainy day with slippery insides, I step in the light flashes warnings (gas cap open- tow mode open ) like why? The lady at the front desk could give zero shits about our issues. I have used uhaul so many times and have had great experiences. This one was just absolutely horrible. do better guys pls.

Heather NThis location did not have the equipment I reserved. Their check out system was slow. Part of the driver side seat belt was broken. The gas tank was on empty. When I dropped off the truck, they did not have proper signage for where to park the truck and your u-haul representative was very rude when I informed them of this. I will never use this location. The representatives you have there have left with me very negative feelings towards the uhaul brand.
