Give a phone number that works to contact the store you rented from.also I got charged for 3days and only used the trailer for 6hrs and no one has yet to get in touch with me I have sent emails and tried to call and all the phone number I have doesn't work or none answers

MATTHEW M.It wasn't anything wrong with the locations, but I would not recommend U Haul to anyone. I asked for a truck at another location, got there and no one I talked to on the phone could give me a code to get the key to the truck. After staying on the phone for almost 2 hours, they send me to another location for a truck, get there, no truck. Ended up getting a trailer that wasn't big enough. Worst organizing I have ever seen
