DAVID LThe experience was great,Wang I called the location to ask questions and they were more than helpful! Great customer service but upon arrival it was just before closing the people at judds rental couldn't really be bothered by me which was a tiny bit rude. Didn't have Any problems other wise and I do understand that I was coming in at closing time.
Jacquelyn E24/7 rental process was a hassle...even though I went to the pickup location 2 days prior to get everything worked out. No cruise control and drivers door was sketchy Somehow my planned drop off location was changed and I received a call from the other location looking for the truck. I believe I was charged more than I should have been
