Web site return process was terrible. Computer couldn't find my location. Chat response was not at all helpful. I dropped trailer, took pictures and told chat person I was done. Trailer returned. Contract put on hold for 3 days until I went back to the dispatch location! Now waiting for my money.
Ivan CThe only issue I have with Judds rental is the lock was rusty and very hard to open. My main complaint is with U-Haul. Took me 45 minutes (30 of that cut into my rental time) to get into my U-Haul. The app didn’t work properly (kept telling me to turn in my location, which is ALWAYS ON) I clicked the “chat” link, no one responded, I called and was on hold until I got into the truck, then hung up. At one point we were told we would get a call back and never did. My worst experience with U-Haul ever!!!!
Michael LSteve came in and got us the Uhaul on a Sunday. Very kind man. The equipment was in great shape and it worked perfectly for us.
