The person that waited on me and my daughter seemed to be high on something. She was bouncing all over the place. Had computer issues. The truck that she gave us was dangerous. The front in was all over the place. My teeth chattered while driving because the vehicles front in vibrated so bad, I drove almost 3 hours like that. I actually ran off the road several times. Upon return, the person inside checked the vehicle and looked that the front tire and he pointed out that the wire on the tread was showing causing the out of round and vibrations. These vehicle should be checked after every use and before given to someone else. I'm glad that I have driven these types of trucks in the past. I feel that my daughter needs monetary compensation returned for a defective truck. I look forward to your response.

KELLY MMake sure person at counter lets customer know they will receive a text that they need to complete before leaving the premises (pictures of trailer from all 4 sides and picture of license plate). I was not notified of this, but luckily looked at my phone before I left. Also, the employee needs to be able to tell you about how to "work" the trailer (auto hauler). They hooked it up well, but had no knowledge of training the customer on how to use it.
REBECCA SThe location did not have the equipment that was reserved. When I arrived they asked me to drive to a different location to pick up the reserved dolly. I was told I would receive a milage credit of 20 miles to cover the distance and inconvenience. Upon returning the truck I was charged full price. I was told at the location if there were any issue to contact U Haul not the location. When I made that contact I was told the only ones able to fix the issue was the location. I am very disappointed with this experience.
