This was the worst experience I've ever dealt with anywhere ever. The person who was there was absolutely unhelpful. I walked into the place and said I need to get a uhaul. He proceded to check if I had a resevation which I said no. They told me they couldn't help me unless I did it myself online first. After I did the reservation the guy acted as i was bothering him that I needed to get a uhaul. At one point he walked to the printer and balled his fists in the air, in a gesture of why do I have to do this. It was absolute horrible. After hooking up the trailer I got the guy didn't wait around long enought to make sure all the lights worked and had no problems. Will never recomend this place ever.

Left blinker didn't work. Fellow was friendly but only one there in a convenience store. He didn't go over brake lights and turn signals to see if they worked before I left. And I didn't think to ask.

Uhaul should remove their services from this gas station. There is not enough help as the staffs priorityis to check out their customer purchasing snacks and gas verse Uhaul people. There was only one clerk and it took almost an hour to check out due to probably 30 customers coming in needing to be rung up. Awful experience.

The lady at the Ridley Family Market was great. Very friendly, helpful, and got me on my way. On the other side - your online reservation system sucks rocks. I was able to make my reservation fine, and it said "someone from uhaul will call you" They never did. I had to call Uhaul twice to find out what the hell. ANd THEN Nobody ever told me my reservation had been moved to a different place. LUCKILY I did call Uhaul and somebody told me the address for pickup had been moved. Glad I called! WHy didn't you notify me, and even why did you move my reservation?

It took almost an hour and I had already preordered it on the phone then he charged me for the insurance with out asking and told me it was mandatory and I would get it back when I dropped it off which was not true i had to run the trailer with out lights because there was no light cord on it when I picked it up I will probably never rent from Uhaul again because of this experience

I was quoted $19.99 but we were charged $39.99 for the 20' truck. Ended up not worrying about it as we were in a bit of a hurry. The truck was very smooth on the road which was good for our furniture.

Was told the daily rental was 19.95 Was charged 29.95 I asked when renting the truck why it was showing 29.95 I was told that was an estimate and would be changed when I checked in. LIARs LIARs. Your advertising on the sides of your trucks are FALSE You scammed me with your false claims.

Need to supply snow scrapers in that climate

When I arrived to pick up the truck some of my information was not on file. Despite having entered my Drivers License online I still had to supply it upon pickup. Other issues included: - truck was parked in a backlot and had snow piled up around three sides of it. I had to climb over a four foot snow bank to enter vehicle - once inside it took me 25 min to back the truck out of the snow. The rear wheels kept slipping and could not gain traction to pull it out of the snow. - finally upon arrival at our home it took another 30 min to open rear gate. The gate was frozen shut with a half inch of ice. After a broken scraper and an gash on my had I was able to get it open with a crowbar. I would like to better understand how this could have been prevented as I will not be using uhaul or recommending it in the future due to this experience. A follow up would be appreciated.

It would be nice if your company actually has the stuff that your customers are paying for at the place they're paying for the trailers at, instead of telling them that you have them and not. Your company told me that you had the trailers I needed at the Midway branch, so I drove all the way from Ogden to Midway to go to the store to pick up that trailer just to find out after it's paid for that you didn't have any of the trailers that you told me you had in stock. We had to put well over $60 in gas going up to Midway to try to get a $350 armoire as well as paying $50 for a babysitter, and was never even able to get the armoire because of this mistake your company has caused. Your company wasted my time and my money and if I can leave a review on this it would definitely be 0-1 star (the only reason I would even consider the one star is because the lady helping me was not bad).

I've rented from Uhaul for years and never had a problem. This was my first time using Ridleys and it was a catastrophe. The clerk messed up my reservation so bad it took almost 2 hours just to pick up the rental I had already reserved. I knew she messed it up and she wouldn't even acknowledge she did or go through to see what she did wrong. It's a gas station pickup location and she was the only clerk, so as other customers came in to buy gas or whatever, I would be set aside so she could help them. Finally, an asst mgr came in helped another customer renting a Uhaul trailer and the lady clerk that was helping me suddenly forgot I existed and I had to wait 30 minutes for the other guy. I asked him to start my reservation from scratch and I was finally on my way after 5 minutes. When I returned the truck a few hours later, the bill was for a trailer, not a van but I just paid it rather than wait 2 more hours. I just looked at my online receipt and it was all wrong! Come on Uhaul, fire Ridleys.
