There needs to be more effective communication with representative and custom. Made a reservation at one location. due to the fact there wasn’t any vehicle available at the original location.. I was referred to another location arrived to that location and it didn’t have what I needed so now I have to up price my reservation. I don’t think that’s fair.

There is no lot to park on. The location is for shipping and it was very difficult to return the uhaul. Was asked to park on residential side streets. The person assisting us was very kind and helpful, but the location is not good

JOY EThe equipment had feces and smell very bad, I overcharge for gas and on my previous rental I showed the rep I brought extra gas. This time the gas was a little short he charged me three 11 dollars which I find to be unfair.
